The “MOD_NVC.X86_IS RECONNECTED!” message pops up due to the incorrect operations of ONVIF PTZ devices.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:
1. Check the network connection of the ONVIF PTZ device.
2. Make sure there is no more than one client operating the ONVIF PTZ device at the same time.
3. Check if the ONVIF PTZ device is overloading.
4. Test the initialized device under LAN network. You can reset the ONVIF PTZ device setting back to the factory-default, and directly connect it to the Genie XMS server’s network.
